Who We Are

Family Resource Center (FRC)

Family Resource Centers are local community centers that support parents and families find resources.
Raise & Shine offers Early Start services which provide services such as education, resources, and training for families.
Early Start Family Resource Centers (EFRCs) help families navigate local resources and link families with the right services in their community.
At Raise & Shine, you can expect family-driven support from staff, peer support, referrals to services for you or your child, and helpful trainings and workshops.

Family Empowerment Center (FEC)

Raise & Shine is also a Family Empowerment Center (FEC). This means we offer peer-to-peer support and advocacy for families with special needs.
We are committed to providing parent-center, inclusive, and culturally appropriate trainings to our community and staff.
Raise & Shine’s FEC serves children and families with disabilities between the ages of 3 and 22 years old.
We are dedicated to bringing you accessible, equitable, and consistent support and education to build resilience and a stronger community.
